The Lake of Transformation.

Michael hoped he had finally found the mysterious Lake of Transformation. Without bothering to remove his clothes, he dove straight in. When he emerged, he had transformed into a beautiful red-haired woman with blue eyes and curves in all the right places, wearing a set of male clothes that were dripping wet and three sizes too big.

She slowly climbed out of the water, holding up her pants to keep them from falling around his ankles, and made his way back to her car. He did not notice the shimmering light behind her as the lake vanished, leaving only a plain grass field.

Once inside the safety and comfort of her car, she slipped out of her wet clothes and put on the woman's dress she had bought the day she found the lake. After adjusting the car seat to accommodate her new body, she drove off home, smiling and happy about all the wonderful experiences she was now going to enjoy as a woman.
