Panties raid.

Part of the initiation for the boys who wanted to join Alpha Kappa Beta was a panties raid on the female dorms. 

This year, things were slightly different: the new female students were wise to it and had put on magical protection from Spells R Us over their panties.

Any boy who grabbed a pair would immediately be turned into a young woman and couldn't turn back until he finished a full semester of college as a woman, experiencing everything women go through day to day.
